NTPC Green floats 3,300 MWh BESS tender for Khavda Solar Park

NTPC Green Energy Limited has issued an EPC tender for a 3,300 MWh battery energy storage system at NTPC REL’s Khavda Solar Park in Gujarat. Bids close on June 25, 2026, and the package includes turnkey execution, grid integration and long-term O&M obligations.

NTPC Green Energy Limited has invited bids for a 3,300 MWh BESS at NTPC REL’s Khavda Solar Park in Gujarat. The tender covers design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and grid integration. It also includes a 15-year operation and maintenance package with performance requirements, reinforcing the role of storage in making large solar parks more dispatchable and grid-supportive.
